1. Engineering Confidentiality & NDA Protocol
VENTAQ Ltd. handles sensitive architectural floorplans, pharmaceutical process flows, and proprietary User Requirement Specifications (URS). All project inquiries, facility drawings, and technical parameters shared through our RFQ forms, direct engineering desks, or digital communications are treated with strict industrial confidentiality and are subject to standard bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
2. Information Collection & Use
We collect project contact details (name, organizational affiliation, email address, direct phone number) solely for the purpose of technical communication, engineering calculations, CAD/BIM drawing preparation, and quote generation. We do not sell, rent, or distribute client contact data to commercial third parties.
3. Technical Drawing & Intellectual Property Protection
All engineering drawings, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models, and equipment sizing matrices prepared specifically for a client facility remain protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. Access is restricted to authorized project engineering personnel.
